SNAP 2016 can be delivered through your school’s learning management system (LMS), such as Canvas, D2L, Blackboard, or Moodle. Once integrated, the steps to access your course content will be the same as accessing any other course content in your LMS.
Desire2Learn (D2L) Connecting Settings
Step 1: From the Admin Tools, menu, click External Learning Tools (LTI).
Step 2: In the Manage External Learning Tool Links tab, click New Tool Provider.
Edit Tool Provider Settings:
Step 3: In the Launch Point field, enter connect.snap2016.com.
Step 4: Enter the Secret key provided by Paradigm into the Secret field.
Step 5: Select the “Use custom tool consumer information instead of default” checkbox.
Step 6: In the Key field, type in the Consumer Key information provided by Paradigm.
Step 7: In the Name field, type: Paradigm SNAP 2016
Step 8: In the Description field, type: Training and Assessments
Step 9: in the Contact Email field, type: email@example.com
Edit Security Settings:
Step 10: Select the following Security Settings (with Check Marks)
Step 11: Click Add to Org Units at your school.
Step 12: click Save and Close
Import course Package
Step 13: Select your course “Gear” icon, then select Import/Export/Copy Components.
Step 14: Select Import Components, then select Start.
Step 15: Select Upload
Step 16: Locate the course package sent by Paradigm
Step 17: Select Import All Components.
After D2L process the course package, all courseware will appear in your course.
Please Note: SNAP Activities do not appear in the grade book until the first student completes the activity.
